Damelin refuses to do refunds!.

I'm so disappointed with Damelin administration, I am waiting for a 1000 rand refund which I deposited into their FNB account as I was about to further my studies with but that didn't happen when my department cancelled bursaries and I inform them about this, the representative that I escalated my query has been telling me that he is still waiting for the feedback from the relevant department and that's all that I hear, it looks like Damelin does not want to take accountability and do the right thing, I mean I'm not even a student with a student number, how hard can it be to process this because they have proof of payment with them but seemingly the problem is to refund my money back to me. I would really like to hear what they have to say for themselves.
