Damelin refused to give me my money

I have problem with damelin as there dont want to refund my money back is been 4 years know, if it was it the bank i will be getting interest by know.

Kindly assist with this as i been sending email evertime and make calls by money not refunded last communication to me when i called was that college don't have money. I dont know if that is my problem that college dont have money or student number ***.
