Damelin refuse to refund me

I cancelled registration on the 02 June 2015, on the 03 September 2015 I received an email saying my cancellation has been approved and they gave a list of documents I should fax. The documents were faxed on the 05 September 2015, on the 13 October 2015 I received an email saying all was in order and it will take 90 working days to proccess the refund.<br> <br> On the 12 February 2016 I called to enquire about any progress, I was told to call during the first week of March 2016, I called on the 01 March 2016 and. I was told it will take the accounts department another two weeks to proccess the refund. <br> <br> This is totally unacceptable considering the fact that I cancelled registration on 02 June 2015 and the 90 days period has lapsed. I'm appealing to Damelin to keep up their promise and refund me with immediate effect. <br> <br>
