Damelin Refund

i have been trying to get Damelin to refund me the bursary money they received from my employer and not given me any study material I've spoken to balungile and a lady with a surname Pillay they transfer my calls to customer care which will be hanged up without communication I've sent emails with the POP since last year but no action from Damelin yet im suffering paying back my employer whereas they just ignoring me while they have my money with them and keeping quiet i can't even afford to pay my kids school fees cause of this inconvenience Damelin has brought me i need my money
