DAMELIN REFUND / CUSTOMER SERVICE - BAD!!!!!!

I have sent refund document to them 16 April 2024, no feedback after numerus emails, we are already end of July 2024. Also logged call on the student portal also no feedback. This is shocking as they don't get back to you with feedback. I have missed my deadline with the new intuition due to need assistance from Damelin.
