Damelin Refund

Damelin had promised to refund my registration money on the 31 May 2019, nothing was received from them. I then followed up and was told they had technical issues and I should expect my refund on the 14 June 2019. To date I have not received my refund from Damelin. What angers me the most is that no one bothers to contact me and tell me when exactly I will be receiving my payment. Whenever I call them they just say they have been following up with their finance department with no feedback.
