Damelin Ranburg a disappointment

I registered with Damelin Ranburg for on of their external facilitator courses (ICB) in February and paid in full . The course was 12 weeks and was to start on the 8th Feb and it did not commence. After enquiring for 2 weeks I was then told the course did not have enough students to commence. I then contacted Raksha Reddy on the 19th May to find out what was going on and received no response. I sent another email on the 4th June asking if I could be refunded to do the course directly with ICB and to date no response.

If there were not enough students why not inform me and check if I'm willing to go one of their other colleges? why not advise on the status of the course this whole time? why should I run after Damelin as if I owe them? where is their customer service? Are students not important?

Why waste my time like this!!!!!
