Damelin provides bad services do not enrol

I am so disappointed in the we service received . My child was planning to rewrite a few of his matric subjects over .We made contact with Damelin and spoke to Lerato Mkhehle. She insisted that we pay the registration fee which was 1st R990 and then said we need to pay a extra R1010 so in total we paid R2000 on the 31st Jan 2024

I successfully paid it and forward all the details to them .However the next day I advised her on the 1st Feb 2024 (Which was a day later) and classes has not started nor was my Child given any access as yet ) that my child will not continue with Damelin and we want all the money paid to be refunded .

It has been 32 days since i paid the payment and she advised me that the refunds department will contact me , but no one has contacted me as yet

I mailed Lerato on 1st Feb 2024 to ask her to escalate this matter to management , but no reply

I mailed again later that afternoon , still no feedback . All i want is my money to be paid back to me , my child never started any classes and no log in or any credentials were given .
