Damelin Poor Service

I have a very bad experience with this institution. I app**** for a bursary at work and got it, that was in 2016. Then app**** to study with damelin. I have never experienced such a bad service in my life ever. Damelin is the worst when it comes to customer service. Anyways to cut the long story short 3 years later I have opted to cancel my course and request a refund but even today no one has acknowledged my emails and I did cancellation sometime early this year. It's almost the end of the year and I still have not been assisted. Poor poor useless institution.
