Damelin only interested in meeting financial targets and exposing potential students to unskilled call centre agents who clearly only chase commission

I have spoken to maybe 5/6 different people over 2 weeks and 2 days. All I wanted was a fact sheet/course breakdown to make a decision on whether the diploma was the right fit. 2 weeks and 2 days...all Damelin was interested in, was sending me fee structures. It took escalating it to a PA who not once apologised for their shocking lack of service or understanding my request (Sukenia Naidu). Check out the call centre agent's response to my request for a detailed course/cirriculum breakdown (I did not ask for a quote) - Sorry about that, Madam when it comes to modules, I can’t make a quotation on your Graphic design because you have not paid for your registration. (Philisiwe Mazubane). How can I register without any information. Dont give your hard earned money to this institution.
