DAMELIN ONLINE REFUND A JOKE

Completed and online course. I tried to recover an over payment by submitting all the relevant forms. NO feedback after 3 months as to when my money will be refunded. I received an sms every month TO REMIND ME TO PAY but dead silence on the refund. POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!
