Damelin online poor servie

I registered with Damelin Online in 2022 Every time I called with a complain or difficulties logging in no one assisted. However today I received a call that I owe R6000 from a very rude collection clerk I would like to know why should I pay for something I have not studied for?they only reach out this time of the year every second year
