Damelin online matric

I register my son at damelin online matric and the service was unacceptably poor. I paid a deposit of 3500 prior to obtaining logg in details. I had to call in several times a day to request logg in details but you can call thier number until you blue in the face and get no answer as thier lines are always busy . I got lucky twice and was asked to leave a message but no one gets back to you. Emails are read but not a response. My son had to choose two new subjects as damelin doesnt offer all the subjects he did previously. Upon speaking to Phumla oh she only was be in contact for the registration once they recieved my payment they never available it was all about the money, i asked her if my son will be registered with DOE through damelin she said yes but that was because she wanted me to pay the 3500, i asked her if there will be daily classes including all subjects considering he will need daily classes as theres two new sinjects she said yes. To my surprise from the 20 Jan till date there is only 2 classes per day and no classes on friday he was going to fail miserably last week after 3 days off non stop calling the offices i finally got to speak to Beverly who confirmed parents will need to register thier children with DOE and damelin doesnt, i asked her why is my son not having enough classes she couldn't answer and promised to call back which never happened. I then call the whole morning on thursday and when i finally got through i asked for cancellation and a full refund as my son only had 10 classes from 20 jan till 14 feb. She said she will call me back and it never happened i called on monday the 12th and again spent 2 hours awaiting my call to be answered i was told i cant get a refund as it will be taken as a cancelation fee, 3500 gone. I would have agreed if my child had daily classes including all the subjects but that never happened. I asked Beverly why are they not giving enough classes and she couldnt answer i asked her if she thinks my child will pass going for two classes 2 days a week n one class 2 days a week and then Friday no classes she said no but he can pay for extra classes which i cant afford as damelin suppose to have a timetable from monday to friday including all subjects daily. Damelin is the worst online school which explains thier pass rate. I wish to know the route to take to get my full refund back so i can find another school and pay his registration as im a single mom and can't afford another 3500. Please help
