DAMELIN MESSES AROUND

I have never had a more frustrating experience in my life. I have been asking Damelin for my November 2020 exam results s since 3 February 2021 when they communicated that they will release it. Instead they tell me I must pay outstanding fees. I have no outstanding fees. I paid upfront when I registered for the Diploma in November 2018, exam fees included! Dispute sending numerous emails confirming I don't owe them anything and also speaking to the same person twice about the account being paid up, she also requested i email her the proof which I did, yet they still tell me that I have outstanding fees. I literally have 2 exams left and they assured me that I will be able to write in June 2021 as the June 2020 exam session was canceled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. I just want to finish those 2 exams so I can get my Diploma and be done WITH Damelin. I will never recommend Damelin to anyone not even to my worst enemy. Such a pity, R26 000 can't buy decent service!
