Damelin is wasting my time and money!!

I enrolled myself last year at Damelin College to further my education. Since I started there I had problems.

I sent through my tasks that I had to do I nearly waited 6 months before I got any results. Then I asked them 2 months before my exams for my year mark that should have gone to the Department in order to write exam which they said they did sent it through a day before my exams. January came I got my results back from the exams and it came out that they never forwarded my year mark to the Department. Now I'm struggling almost 2 months for them to send my year mark to the Department and all they keep saying is they'll keep me informed, which they never do. I can't study further, because I have to wait for them. I'm just wasting time and money.
