DAMELIN IS USELESS IN SUPPORTING STUDENTS

The only support you receive from Damelin is when they are looking for your money to register.... furthermore, the support sucks. You cannot get hold of anyone because the telephone number on their student portal is incorrect. When you get through to the right number - they put you through to the student consultants - who have an automated voice recording and then proceed to cut you off....REALLY - After listening to the sing song about their Covid Hours.....They do not respond to emails. There is absolutely no support whatsoever. Even the subjects and timetable were incorrectly loaded for my son. I think is is absolutely disgusting that you pay so much money for NOTHING.... no support, no response... could just as well do it alone and give myself a certificate. USELESS BUNCH.
