damelin is the worste

I finished a 2 year ecd nqfl4 course within a year as I'm in a hurry to get done. After that they lost my marked assignments but blamed it on me then they found out that it was never sent back to me, told me i had to redo assignments which i didn't have to do, never phoned back when they said they would, after a year of struggling just to get my certificate they then tell me i have to redo an assihnment that i was never told in the beginning i had to do.!!! its now a year and a half later and they are still having problems just giving me my certificate. i only mentioned a few of the problems damelin had put me through. I have a report on everything. I have wasted a year and a half of my study time just waiting for damelin to give me my certificate. They are not helpful and never know what to say to me when i phone. I'm tired of waiting and i want my certificate now. No one should have to wait this long to get a certificate.
