Damelin is the worst school I have ever studied from. From the start till date, its been from 1 headache to another.

I am highly disappointed in DCC, I have called times without number and your student support service is totally useless as can't help with anything.My new statement of result is a mess (see attached). I registered to do 6 modules in 2019.1. Financial Accounting 2: Firstly they gave me the wrong exam confirmation letter with the wrong details. I wrote this exam July and I was given date to re-write it in November 2019, which I did. I just received my statement of result and it shows 9/100 as exam score for November exam? How? There were even mistakes on the question paper where i had to call the staffs attention to and also fill a form for this at the exam centre in cape town. Now tell me how you came about 9/100 for that exam? I want my exam marked sheets or i am taking this up with you guys. I know how I was been treated at the exam centre, I was tossed from one room to another. Writing an accounting exam next to a lecture room with a hell of noise coming from there and was told there is no other room they can put me to write the exam. Very disorganized school

2. Internal Auditing 1: As per my statement of result received after completion of exam in July, My assignment score clearly reflect 98% and the new statement of result shows 31% ? How? Do assignment scores now fly out of the statement of results?3. Financial Accounting 3: How did they get a group average without the assignment mark? I do not see any assignment marks on this statement of result.4. A logical approach to SA Tax: I know how much stress Damelin put me through on this module, I called and called and called for people to assist me because Damelin sent the wrong textbooks. It took Damelin about 3month to figure this out and send another books. This statement do not show any assignment mark now after going through so much stress over a module. Now, all of this 4 modules are have issues out of 6 modules because someone failed to do their job right. Damelin is the worst school I have ever studied from. From the start till date, its been from 1 headache to another.

I do not wish for my worst enemy to attend this school of i had any.
