Damelin Is the worst Correspondence College

My husband unfortunately lost a certificate he did via Damelin in 2005. His certificate was lost and he has been asking for more than a year for a certificate reprint. He was recently called in for an interview and given and offer but due to the fact that he doesn't have a mere certificate he cannot be offered a job. I mean we have all the information but they cannot look at records done over ten years ago, what ****? when you do a course with Damelin make sure you perhaps certify it and send to your mails as if its lost you atleast have proof as they wont assist you. They dont answer emails, the customer care line cannot pick up information of students even if ID is provided. What does a person do?
