Damelin is the worst College

I'm a fulltime IT student and when I registered with Damelin offered me a payment option through mothly debit orders. Every month after the debit date the accesd card expires and then you have to get a new one from the finance department. My trouble is they close at 11 am for collection and most of those days I have classes baround those times. Without the card the you cant go to class but to get the card you have to miss a class. Damelin struggled to get lecturers at the beginning of the year and when they finally do we struggle with getting to classes. They only offer full access to students who paid cash (over R20k) which are very few compared to debit order students. When I complained at the finance department with the supervisor present, I was dismissed and told that I am always complaining. I regret ever studying there.
