Damelin is making empty promises

I registered with Damelin on the 13/01/2015 and received the study material around mid Feb and noticed that there's no CD inside the books as they mentioned that the modules supposed to have CD & phoned Isabella at Pretoria Campus & she requested me to send her an email so that she can forward it to the Head Office of which i did send. Head office didn't respond & started making calls till i get hold of Nicolette Lawson & explain to her my problem & she promised me that the CD will be send to me as they treated my query as urgent but didn't get the CD as promised but instead they send me another modules.<br> <br> I cannot carry on with my studies as there's a chapter on the Bookkeeping to Trial balance that says (Refer back to the information provided in the Learning example 2 C above, and attempt to complete the VAT return that appears on your CD.) I pay way too much money for this course and they are still deducting my money but they don't deliver the service as promised. I'd rather cancel my studies with them & register with the reliable institute that will deliver according to my needs and i'm tired of this game Damelin is playing. They make empty promises & waste our time.
