damelin is horrible

hi

i would like to make a complaint about damelin, i cancelled registration and it was approved on the 26 february 2018, its taken 5 months just to get an amount of R2500 back and every time i call the payment date has been either not confirmed or moved a week later, this is riduculous

i have spoken to the damelin head office
