Damelin is *******!!

Worst studying experience ever! Damelin staff is very keen to sign you up and get your banking details, and then the nightmare begins. Course notes are vague and confusing. Staff members don’t reply to your queries or they respond in a derogatory manner. It seems like staff are being fired left, right and center and it definitely does not help to write bad reviews on their Facebook and Twitter accounts. When you finally do manage to speak to someone in a senior position, and tell them that you want to cancel the course and want a refund, they are very apologetic and offer you a free course of your choice. I was signed up with the wrong course to start with. The more you try to cancel the course the more staff members ignore numerous emails and reply only as it suits them, months apart and senior staff all of a sudden does not know who you are. I have tried to cancel my course for over three months now and to no avail. Help centre staff are rude and promises cancellation and refund forms and I have received nothing as of yet. This has turned into a R10k nightmare. Damelin is *******!!!
