Damelin is a ****

I signed up with Damelin in July for a course and proceeded to complete and submit my paperwork. I paid my deposit of R2800 and looked forward to begin my studies. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I still haven't received anything from them, the student advisor is being evasive and is ignoring me. I am unable to get a refund. Damelin has ****** my money.
