Damelin is a joke. Staff target you after complaints.

Damelin. Where to begin? So many headaches and frustration with Damelin. You never get any communication from them regarding your academics. But they are quick to contact you on every platform known to man when they want money (even when it's a debit order). You will drive to campus expecting a full day of class, as set out on the schedules. You will sit in class with no lecturers. and if the lecturer shows, he/she can't speak English properly. Lecturers read from textbooks, and one lecturer can handle a huge variety of subjects. How does that work? And these problems are experienced by all students from all campuses.

With the Covid pandemic Damelin saw an oppertunity to make even more money by charging full-time contact students, the same price, and giving them online classes. Where each class on campus used to receive lectures by one lecturer, now all students across the country receive lectures by one lecturer. So Damelin terminated other lecturers' contracts.

Go look at their facebook page, the admin openly asks for student numbers and ID numbers, in the comments. They always want to know your identity when you complain.

Now here in Feb 2021, we were supposed to have orientation since Monday. (Today is Thursday) And we haven't received any communication.

When you complain about the unbelievably poor service, you will be treated worse at campus, all lecturers will know and you will see a bad impact on your results.

I can write a book about my bad experience with Damelin. I honestly regret studying through them. The staff make my life miserable. (Because of my complaints) You will be treated like trash once you start, they are only nice when they want you to sign up or pay.
