Damelin is a ********** institution

I have have the worst experience with Damelin overall. From contacting the institution to study material, its not worth it. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone trying to better their lives.

Registered in Jan, received up to 10 calls and emails everyday until payment was complete. Once payment was complete, I heard nothing back and had to call back for almost everything as not much information was available. I called in to find out about study material and was told that it should be received within 2 weeks. I received a student card and 2 pens in the mail but no study material that was fully paid.

I called for almost 2 month, just to be told that the offices are moving and I need to wait for the material. Eventually, after complaining, I received a call in August advising that my material is on the way. At this time, June exam has passed already. I asked the woman, who called me, if I will be able to finish or if anything can be done and I was advised that I can will get an extention to submit assignments as this needs to be done before you can register for exams. In August, I received my materials and advised to email assignments when I can to the woman who called me but when I email asking if I can submit, I receive no reply. Also, I was sent the incorrect materials and then told Ill send it to you via email where you can study like that.

Now, I received a statement for an amount unknown to me. I will advised who ever to stay as far away from Damelin as possible. Once they have your money, you are forgotten.
