Damelin- Inefficient

I'm writing on behalf of my friend. She registered with Damelin last for her HR qualification, she works in HR already and wanted to empower herself in that regard. She choose Damelin because she thought it was a reputable institution. She was always studying, completed all her assignments on time and even wrote the exams in November 2017. She was never given feedback for her assignments. Damelin informed them last year December 2017 that they will get their results on 02 February 2018, when the 2nd February passed, she followed up with Damelin for her exam results and was told that they were not ready still. Yesterday she received an email with her exam results and has failed all 3 exams, she was surprised at how she could fail all modules when she knew that she did well with 2 of the modules. When she called the call center to enquire about how the final marks were allocated and whether she can get her assignment results, she was told the results were not on the system, she was advised to request a re-mark and re-register which will cost her money and time, and that was the only option she was given. Damelin did not try to support her in any way, may she be assisted because something does not add up, before she could write her exams, she was supposed to be given her assignments feedback with a memorandum so she can see what she needed to work on and improve on, even when she asked how her final exams were calculated, the call center personnel could not give her a logic explanation.

She took a study loan with her employer and now has to pay the full amount which she doesn't have, kindly assist her.
