Damelin Has rediculus service

I have been a student with damelin since August 2014 and I do not get the service that I require or should I say paid for! I forked out almost R20 000 to do my matric with damelin, the service I received was pathetic, I received my books 3 weeks before my exam and yet I never had any help. When ever I emailed someone in the call centre they would say they will get me feed back within 24hours and never hear anything further, Its now august and I am still waiting for a query that I submitted in January. Useless money hungry suckers! I deserve to get half my money back, I only actually need to pay for the books that I received 3 weeks before my final exams!!!
