Damelin fails to respond to queries as well as fail to supply exam results

Rating Damelins’ service as a 1 is a major compliment. This company has ripped me off. I mail them, tried calling them for 2 years and still nothing. I finally got hold of several “ managers” via email but still never a response from them. Why I’m loading this complaint is because they sent me an sms with their new contact details. However I waited for 20 minutes even though the voice prompt said I’m next to be served. I have never received my statement of results for my studies in 2019. I wrote exams, completed all assignments but zero results. My company paid them in full upfront. My student number was 408009. Please be aware of Damelin
