Damelin doesnt want to refund me my money and cancel my course with them due to their bad service, them not haven't responded to my several emails sent to them is one of the main reason i want to cut ties with them.

Damelin is debiting money from my account on a monthly basis and i have requested to cancel my course with them however they giving me hassles just in order to continue debiting my account. The main reason for me to cancel is that I submitted my assignments in May this year before my final exams, till now my assignments haven't been marked and the college that I wrote my exams with cant give me my term marks as they are still awaiting for Damelin to send them my assignments. I need to register for my second semester however I cant do that as I do not know which exams I need to rewrite, which exams did I pass or fail.
