Damelin doesnt care about they students money

the worst experience ever with randburg damelin college i had registered to do part time procurement as they offered the subject. On the saterday the subject was suppose to commerce i was told by the lady that they did not have enough people to start the subject and they will notify me as soon as they have a full class i then waited two weeks until i received a call from fundiswa saying that they haven found enough people to start the subject and if i was intrested in studying something else i told fundiswa that i was only interested in studying procurement and if they do not have a class i will wait for second semester to see if they will be avail to assist me however no contact was made. i then went to the branch to request a refund only to be told that the procurement classes had started long ago i responded to saying why i wasn't informed about this n which the lady responded she did tell me via the phone calls we went to the manager requested phone call recordings to wich they had informed me of the subject has started and till date no1 has been able to show proof of this i have requested my refund its 2016 AND STILL NO REFUND How cn i pay for a service that i did not receive
