Damelin doesn't deliver as promised

I enrolled & paid Damelin Correspondence College in full for the Pastel 12 course on 26 Feb 2015. <br> I was informed that the study material would be delivered within 21 working days.<br> After the 21 working days had passed phoning them resulted in being put on hold for some time and then told <br> that there was not a student adviser to help me.<br> I sent many emails some of which were not even rep**** to.<br> They claim to be out of stock, but it is more than 3 months now since I enrolled and paid them in full. <br> This was their last empty meaningless email response on 29 May 2015:<br> \In view of the content of your correspondence below
