Damelin does not do as they promise

I am bitterly disappointed in the service that I have received from Damelin. I called in October 2016 and asked about the course I wanted to do and was assured that there was assistance available to assist the students. Based on that I paid the full course fee and registered. I only asked at Damelin as at my work you had to attend classes and due to work time I could not attend lectures and needed to study correspondence. From February 2017 I have been sending emails and sending forms for Dial a Tutor. First there was no reply then a few months later after my sending numerous emails they said my forms were incorrectly completed. I then completed other forms and sent them back and until today have not had any response from them.. I have asked about viewing my exam papers to see where I went wrong and was told to phone for an appointment that was in 2018 and I called non-stop and nobody answered the phones to make an appointment. I requested assistance on how to submit the accounting assignment as you cannot submit the whole accounting book via email. I was just told they cannot share other people’s assignments with me. That is not what I was asking them to send me just an example even if hand drawn with an idea of what is required by them. Even when I submitted assignments it took months to get any feedback on the marks. The marks were only received after the exams were written. If you call querying items in the study material then nobody answers you query and they say they will refer your query and someone will call you to advise you and then nothing happens. I have lost faith in Damelin and have accepted that all the money that we saved up for many years to enable me to study is gone and that I have nothing to show for it as I was advised that you do not cancel studies or do refunds after the initial 7 day period after registration and I only experiences problems once I get the study material much later than the 7 days from registration. So the money that I paid is gone up in smoke. I will never recommend Damelin to anyone. Damelin used to have a good reputation however lately on hello peter there are so many dissatisfied students. I am really disappointed at the loss of so much money and no prospect of success in finishing my studies with Damelin and no refund to go study elsewhere. If I had known the level of assistance I would never have registered with Damelin
