Damelin do not deliver study material OR REFUNDS

My son approached DCC re redoing his matric as he wanted to improve his marks in order to gain entry to a specific degree. Mr Naidoo promised him it was no problem, and he would have his study material in three weeks after payment. Well study material never arrived, then Mr Naidoo had not registered my son. And suddenly Mr Naidoo was not available. Tried other numbers, and was made many promises, including by Nomsa Masafo, but nothing materialized. Eventually I logged a complaint on fb, and I received a response - Mr Sayangore contacted me via email and then agreed to arrange a refund. I had to send a slew of documentation, which I did, asking for confirmation that he received the documents - and of course that did not happen. I then started to follow up and follow up, and suddenly today I get a sarcastic email telling me that if I had attached all the documents my refund may have been processed and I should follow his instructions to send the documents. So much for customer service - there is none. I still stand by what I said - they are ******* - they have my money and I have nothing in return for it - they did not deliver what they contractually agreed to.
