Damelin: Disgrace

I wrote a Business Law exam last year June and still have not received my certificate. All my fees have been paid incl course fees, text book fees, exam fees, result fees, etc. I also passed the exam, and provided them with all required information. Damelin's staff is totally useless when it comes to emails, and if they answer it is when it suits them. The answer also means nothing. It sounds as if this type of conduct is a everyday occurrence at Damelin, where they just don't provide certificates, feedback, etc. My next step will probably be the small claims court to get my money back
