Damelin did not send my results

I am a student with Damelin and I submitted my assignments in May. I wrote my exams in June and received my results in September.. There were no assignment results. I called and enquire they said they are working on it. On 2nd October I went to the college. I spoke to Vinesh Moonsamy who referred me to Allison who requested that I should re send my assignments and I did. Up to date I have not received any feedback I call them everyday and they say they are looking into it. On the 1st of November Vinesh referred me to Nomsa who only sent me one assignment and she never came back. I have been sending emails to Allison, Reon, Nomsa and Vinesh they did not reply.

This has affected me because I was not able to register for November examinations as I was not able to submit results at work on time.
