Damelin - Deregistered - Refund Issue

Early this year I registered my daughter at Damelin Randburg and was required to pay a deposit, of which I paid. When she was supposed to start with classes we were told that she can't start because a lecture is not available to teach them. Then there was problems to Log her on the System on the Computer. Or no classes. The Department of Education Deregistered Damelin, since we was aware of it we cancel her contract. She use once and only one time the Portal System, and also she Log in and out because it did not work. I send so many mails, they came back once or twice back with a mail and one phone call. But this make my credit score bad, and show I am in arrears. Even the teacher said he left Damelin just after the deregistration. And what is happen with/in Damelin. No body is assisting me regards this issue.
