Damelin Delay

My experience with Damelin was good up untill my first term marks was sent to me. We had assignments to do, where Damelin requested my rough copy and the final copy, only to find out that they marked and assessed my rough copy and not the final copy that was done in the booklet they provided. I requested them to have it remarked and assessed urgently. This query was sent on the 29th of May and up untill today, i still have no feedback as per my query (18 July). I am very upset with the service and on how this is being handled.
