Damelin Correspondence rather no-spondence

<p>We have enrolled my son in Damelin......what a mistake. Since day 1 you can never get through. They do not respond on messages left, they cannot assist telephonically because they never answer. They make promises when you join and after that.....good luck to you the idiot that enrolled. All lines are always busy, but you can leave a message.....idiot again because all mailboxes are full!!! You ask for the MD and are told to hold, again going through to the helpline.......idiot!!!!! you are in the queue again!!! Newsflash........Damelin are most probably the worst I have ever dealt with!!</p>
