Damelin Correspondence is a college from hell

Horrible horrible horrible. I remember struggling with them since day 1. It took forever for them to send the books and then they didn't even send everything. They are of no help over the phone. They will say "hold on" and then the phone call gets cut off and I have been enquiring for years now as to where the hell my Paralegal diploma is that I finished. Twice they asked me to send in a "Reward request". I did so, to help them do their ****** job because it's the first institution where I have to ask to get my qualification after I finished, and I still haven't received anything after years and we paid in full. Something like R24 000. I also remember having so many problems with them regarding my marks. They would send the wrong marks to me and some sms'es and others in email. When I asked them for a full summary of all my subject marks I got a silly email where they gave me 3 previous assignment marks that I got. So I had to ask again but never got anything. I once got an SMS saying I got 3% on something, so I called them and sent emails to enquire about that because that just sounds ***** and untrue. Turned out my mark was 93% for that specific assignment or exam. Never study anything through them. It is so frustrating and they are basically ********.
