Damelin Correspondence disgusting service

I enrolled for a Hotel Management Diploma with DCC in 2014. I got unemployed then I struggled to pay my fees and I finally completed end 2017.

During this time I had been submitting my assignments because the course is only assignment based and 2018 I requested for an extension which I paid R1800 for. When I received my progress report I saw that I failed 2 assignments. I then requested that I receive the marked assignments. The assignments were never sent to me despite several phone calls and emails. Damelin changed office and you weren't able to get hold of anyone for months and emails weren't responded to either. I had submitted other assignments so that I can complete the course but they sent me from pillar to post and I have resent those assignments over 3 times from 2018. I have since then not received anything and I have spent over R26 000 on a course that I have completely paid for and yet I'm still here with nothing. Even when I complete this Diploma I will find it difficult to further my studies because institution say that the accreditation is not the same and its as good as useless. Damelin you have taken all this money and yet you fail to deliver on your side. What do I do at this point because I am crying for the money that I paid just for it not to benefit me in any way. We try to run away from fly by night Colleges and here I am feeling ****med and hopeless. You claim to be a College that helps to build people's dreams and yet you completely shattered mine. I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted by the way that I have been treated by the College.
