I wish to share or add rather to the list of disgusted people by a service or lack thereof.

I enrolled for a diploma in management with 360 credits through a lady by the name of Lithalethu Nomtshatsho with email address *** We started our engagement on the 25th March 2021 and I send everything needed and our last email is dated 14th April 2021.

I was rather shocked when I got a call from the institution through their credit controllers around June asking me for sort out my account which was in arrears.

I was disturbed by these demands when the institution had done absolutely nothing for me or made no contact with me since the email of the 14th April.

I had no student number nothing and it was given to me by a lady from the financial department telephonically and I was delighted that finally I had a student number atleast there’s something happening.

Another call came in asking for money in July and again I asked for the reason behind the request since I had not even received the study manuals. I was told my manual were going to be posted to me. On the 28th July I was then sent an email with my student number and Student Portal login details.

I had no knowledge what to do and didn’t even know what that portal was for since I was told that my study manuals were going to be posted.

I was told by yet another lady who wasn’t really a lady and wasn’t patient with me that the manuals were loaded on the portal back in May.

I can verify that there’s a mail on the portal under my mail dated 12th May 2021 and another on the 18 of the same month.

I need to know how was I suppose to access that loaded in May when the portal login details were given to me end of July?

I’m sure you can see that the first time I had access to the portal was on the 2nd of August 2021 and have been sending you emails with were never good enough for a response but that automated thing.

I was sent module or things written communication and had no knowledge what to do since non of you ever bored to even call and your calls are always money related.

It’s such a shame that an institution with a communication module as it’s first module of the corse can be soo horrible in communication.

The worst part of it all is that you can get away or you get away with this dirt and give people bad credit reviews and ruin their lives.

I had hopes of studying but you took that from me. Imagine an institution that can’t even capture your name correct even when they are staring at an ID copy.

Please note that I really wanted to study and I would have done all my submission on time had I know what to do and had my requests for assistance were entertained.

The star I gave you isn’t an indication of what you deserve but it’s the least option available to choose from, otherwise I would have given you a minus hundred trillion for robbing me of money I don’t have and ruining my name.
