Damelin Correspondence College the most horrible college ever

This is the worst college I have ever had to encounter in my life, I registered with them last year just to get a respond from them after registrations was a nightmare, I then decided to deregister, they gave me a confirmation letter that my studies are cancelled and that I will get my refund after 90 days, since I cancelled my studies last year 2018 August I have not received my refund, they always give excuses after excuses and this is done by emaila which I archive. This the mother horrible expirience ever, I was planning to use my refund for books as I am a registered student this year but this horrible college is not prepared to transfer my refund. I am about to write to Checkpoint, Speak out and Newspapers, I am tired.
