Damelin Correspondence College - Refund, Call Centre

Hi All,

This place is one of the worst places to ever deal with, i have been trying to get a refund done since 2016 and was able to finally get to the process of them doing the refund paperwork, i submitted all the required documents , they then said its a 90 working day period before the refund can be done. I waited patiently after the 90 working days i called to follow up , they then go through the documents and request that i submit certified copy of my ID , bank statement with Bank stamp done all of that sent it through and still having no joy with them. They have charged me a 61% cancellation fee on the amount i have paid to them and listed me on ITC for something that was canceled long before that additional fee came about. I have tried calling to get them to clear it from ITC no Joy refund no Joy

I must have already used up all the money they are refunding me with all the calls i have made to them, i must say their callcentre and their receptionist does not have any knowledge of anything they are doing, i have called 7 to 10 times in 1 day trying to get to the right department holding on for hours and still have no joy, when they do answer, they say hold on, the next thing they have transferd me to god knows where and the call gets cut.

This is the worst and most frustrating company i have ever dealt with, i have dealt with may companies before and currently by far this institute is the worst anyone can come across.
