Damelin correspondence college - pay their employees to do nothing

Damelin correspondence college is the worst institution I have ever come across in my life. I signed up for a course there in 2016 and paid the tuition in full, they constantly kept sending me statements to pay when the entire semester was paid for in full, I sent the proof of payment over and over and they still kept sending statements saying I owe money and phoning asking for payment. Secondly they promise to deliver your study materials as soon as the semester starts, they delivered my study material A WEEK BEFORE THE EXAMS! After I had to phone numerous times and each time I called they would say my material is with the courier and when I tracked it, it was not. They delivered the study guide for one subject with no textbook and the textbook for another subject with no study guide so I couldnt even start studying. Each book would be delivered 2 or 3 weeks apart, when you contact them to ask for help nobody can help you they just tell you to contact the courier, they won't even track your parcel for you or even try to help you find out why there is a delay. Their tutors never respond to any emails so if you would like any assistance with the course material that is a dead end.

For this reason I canceled the course and decided to go to another institution which I have never had a problem with. I got an email from damelin saying my cancelation is approved and being processed. Low and behold end of the month I get a statement saying I owe money I contact them they tell me the course is canceled and I don't owe any money. It is now 2019 I receive statements from Damelin as well as messages from a debt collections company saying I owe them money, I contact them and they tell me my cancelation was NEVER PROCESSED IN 2016!! I send them all the documents again cancelation letter and all, it has been a month every time I follow up they tell me the documents are in the finance department. If you don't follow up and follow up nothing gets done. No one knows what is going on in that institution! They overlooked my cancelation TWICE, sent me a letter to say that it has been approved TWICE but they still send me statements and phone me every week to ask me to pay the account. Their debt collection company still keeps phoning me and when I tell them to contact damelin and I send them the proof that the account is canceled they overlook it as well and continue contacting me. They are also a USELESS company - MBD credit solutions refer to their Google reviews and you will see.

The level of service I received from Damelin is discusting! They are utterly useless, everyone who works there is clueless and unhelpful. Their employees DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS, everyone who works there is useless. They are a pathetic institution, if you are looking to study DO NOT study through Damelin!
