Damelin Correspondence College Pathetic

If I could choose no stars I would be the most happiest, but the fact that I still have to choose on star upsets me even more. I have ran after Damelin for a year, raise a complaint and no feedback. I studied for about a year with damelin before the Lock down occurred but it's seems Damelin has taken the opportunity to not communicate with me and advise me according to who I could send my work books too not only that, they won't update my ITC scoring as it still shows Ive been paying them every month R3300 and that I still owe the R3300 that makes no damn sens because my account was paid fully via direct debit IN September 2019. I have gotten finally in contact with someone that seems to know what they doing and was ccd into an email were as the advisor is asking the accounts department to update my credit scoring, how pathetic that nobody got in touch with me to advise about any type of feedback. I was told by the agent that helped me that they can see on theit system that my account was paid up to date. What upsets me and ****ing me off past my mental illness that they just dont know how to keep in touch, Damelin takes your money and that's were it ends. I would never recommend this institution to anybody, please don't study via Damelin Correspondence College you will not benefit at all. Don't!! Just don't. You've been warned don't be me. I'm still struggling until today to get this **** resolved because me and husband want to apply for a home loan and Damelin not updating my credit scoring is the only thing stopping us. Damelin Correspondence College please fix this mess, I have threaten you guys with the obudmans but you brazen. Disgusting services. Just please fix this before I lose my mind further.
