Damelin Correspondence College not issuing qualifications

I am currently facing a challenge with DCC. I attempted to contact them via phone, but it rang for over 30 minutes without an answer. I then reached out to Mr. De Necker, the Senior Operations Manager, who informed me that he had not received his salary for several months and, as a result, could not assist me.

My primary concern is understanding how I will receive my NQF6 certificate.
