DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE COLLEGE NIGHTMARE

I registered to study for an HR Diploma through DCC. Their service was really bad from the get go. I had to frequently email and phone them for information on exams, tests, etc. Once they sent me an assignment asking to fill out some missing details on the assignment cover. When I opened it, it was someone else's assignment attached to my assignment cover. I emailed them that it is not my assignment what they attached to my assignment cover. Fast forward to mid term exam time. 4 months after the exam I still didn't receive any feedback on my assignments neither my exams. When I finally got it, I saw that I got a 30% for one of my subjects. I phoned and after many attempts, got to speak to someone. They said that I got 30% for my test and 30% for my exam which was not possible. Seeing that they messed up before, I assumed that they yet again, gave me someone else's mark. I asked to see my exam and test scripts, who marked and moderated it. I waited another 4 months for my script. People kept on making excuses and forwarding my query. At that time I just about had enough and asked to cancel my registration. They sent the cancellation forms to me on the 31st of January. I filled it out and sent it to them on the 1st of February. I have been told cancellation will take 2-3 weeks. That was 3 months ago. I phoned and emailed multiple times. People ignore my emails and when I phone they put the phone down in my ear. When I do get through to someone, they are vague and not very helpful. It is a very frustrating thing seeing that I still have to pay them, even if I don't want their service anymore. I just want them to cancel it already and cancel the debit order. I would not recommend them to anyone.
