DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE COLLEGE MUST BE EXPOSED!

In December 2014 I entered into an agreement with the College on behalf of my sister. She was supposed to do her matric this year. The college failed to deliver study material timeously so I was forced to legally cancel the contract. When I enquired about the refund I was informed it'll be paid in 3 months. This didn't happen and after numerous reminders I was informed it'll be paid in October. This week when I sent a reminder I was told it'll be paid in November! I want the college to refund my hard earned cash. I further wish to caution others about the college's tendency to breach contracts and cause serious suffering to its harmless victims.
