Damelin correspondence college lack of service and communication

Im a registered student at Damelin correspondence college studying towards conveyancing secretary diploma.

I paid to write exams in November at Damelin correspondence college and never recieved an email with the confirmation letter despite having received an SMS stating that timetables would be sent by the 11th of October 2019 yet I never received mine

I've sent multiple emails since stating that I cannot access the student portal on the Damelin correspondence collage website nor can I access the Damelin.me account on Outlook in response I was sent an email stating that my timetable and confirmation letter would be sent to my personal email address.

I sent an email on the 1st of November requesting a refund and cancellation of my contract with Damelin correspondence collage after checking my emails on that day and found that I still have not received any email from the College.

I have physically gone to the Durban branch and was put on the phone to speak with a lady who said that they are aware of my issue and that the email would be sent to me shortly she said this without asking my name or student number, I assumed that I was a singular issue and that they know who I am but clearly they had a lot of the same issue since I still have not received the email with the timetable and confirmation letter.

It's now the 4th of November and I can write exam due to not having a confirmation letter.

I called Damelin correspondence college on the 1st of November and I was on hold for over nine minutes until I ran out of airtime.

I haven't received any communication from the college since the last email which stated that my issue has been forwarded to the examination department. I have heard a word from the examination department either.

I fear because my contract with the college ends this current month of November and if this issue isnt sorted out Damelin correspondence college will get away with not delivering a service that I paid for.

I have no outstanding amount and I paid the examination fees in full.
